Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Direct Care Professionals provide quality care and motivation to Program Members by encouraging independence and success in all levels of program opportunities and Activities of Daily Living (ADL). Direct Care staff also provide the required documentation to meet Regulatory and Agency Standards.
Direct Care
Direct Care Staff work directly with Program Members in programmatic and community (public)
settings. The focus of this position is to provide support and encouragement for Program Member’s
independence and self-growth, while maintaining safety always. Direct Care staff are always role
models.
Part Time Driver
The role of this position is to transport individuals from their residence to their specified Day Program in the morning and/or from the Day Program to their residence in the afternoon in a safe and timely manner using a variety of vehicles depending upon individual needs.
Residential Direct Support Professional
This position will be working with individuals in a home environment. Staff will provide support for individuals including but not limited to assisting them to medical appointments, banking, assisting them in the community as well as household maintenance activities, meal prep, bathing, toileting, dressing and other hygiene tasks. Staff must be 18+ with a valid drivers license, must have high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Nights, weekends, and Holidays Required.
Job Coach
Job Coaches are responsible for teaching comprehensive work skills in a variety of settings to Program Members served in the Agency’s Employment Services program. The Agency supports adults with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities through contracted Work programs.
