Youth Support Services

The Center of Hope Foundation offers a variety of programs for individuals with disabilities under the age of 22.

Camp Hope is an inclusive day camp that strives to provide a traditional summer camp experience for all.  We use inclusive methods for integrating children with developmental disabilities into a traditional camp population to provide a rewarding and fulfilling experience for all.  Through games, arts & crafts, activities, and aquatics, we endeavor to bring the kind of experience that only summer camp can provide!  Join us for an exciting summer of fun and enjoyment whether its just for one week or for the whole summer!

The Center has operated a series of Youth Internship/Employment Programs (ages 16-24) since 2009.  These programs operate based on grant funding and match youth with either paid employment or internship opportunities.  Depending on the Funder’s requirements, members must meet specific income barriers and geographic criteria to qualify.

One Week At Camp Can Change A Life!

“Camp Hope is a nurturing camp where kids are encouraged to try new things and explore new interests. My son loves attending this camp every year and always continues to grow.”

- Jim, Parent

“I can remember all the wonderful memories about my childhood camp and worried that my daughter Melanie was not going to be able to have those experiences. Camp Hope made this possible. Every day she came home with a smile and talked about all the fun things they did and how she made new friends. She can’t wait for next summer.”

- Laura, Parent

Raising a child with special needs doesn't take a special family. It makes a family special.

The Center of Hope Foundation serves as a resource for families seeking information and services for adults and children with disabilities. The Center holds family support training to provide community members with information on benefits, long-term planning, support services, and other topics of interest to families with members with disabilities.
