Our construction team consists of professionals who specialize in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, roofing, carpet/floor installation, and historic restoration including wood, copper, and slate. Our team’s extensive building experience has proven to our clients our superior competence, follow-through, cost-effectiveness, and integrity.
Recent projects include the build-out of 13,000 sq. ft. office space for the Department of Capital Asset Management (DCAM) and renovations to the interior and exterior of a three-decker with an attached storefront located on Mechanic St, Southbridge, MA.
We also oversaw a HUD housing project for people with disabilities, which is part of our agency’s housing services.
The agency has full liability and other necessary insurance coverage. Our employees have current licensing and certifications as required by law and industry standards for all aspects of our services.
