The Mission of the Center of Hope Foundation, Inc. is to provide people with disabilities and their families from different cultural and ethnic backgrounds with the resources, services, and opportunities to be contributing members of their communities and to achieve the most fulfilling and meaningful lives possible.

Vision Statement
The vision of the Center of Hope Foundation, Inc. is to broaden the scope of care, resources, advocacy, and services to an ever-widening circle of individuals with disabilities and disabling circumstances from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds, who desire to work, overcome barriers to opportunity, who need critical supports to prevail over disadvantages and who wish to achieve and preserve the prospect of a fulfilled life.
This will be pursued without limiting the populations served or their geographic locations through:

- creating opportunities to live in the community of choice and assisting individuals in finding homelike and affordable housing
- valuing diversity and cultural differences and being conscious of the dynamics inherent when cultures interact.
- expanding our workforce by employing individuals with unique talents
- continuing education and training for our current workforce
- educating and engaging the community and our legislators in support of addressing fundamental human needs
- developing marketing, fundraising, and business expansion skills to provide a solid economic base for fulfilling the Agency’s vision.
