Did you know that state funding for agencies like the Center of Hope Foundation, Inc. is not guaranteed? There is no state law that says when an adult with disabilities turns the age of 22, they must have a day or work program, transportation or receive one-to-one staffing. In many states, adults sit hoat me with no program or job.
Without the constant efforts of dedicated human service providers such as the Center of Hope Foundation, Inc., funding could be cut, and services might be reduced or potentially eliminated. Can you imagine how this would affect the lives of these individuals? The closing of institutions and community integration that so many have worked to build would take a step back and opportunities for community involvement would be lost.
Every gift, big or small, is greatly appreciated and goes to support our mission. All monies raised will stay within the agency and support our growing programs.
