Attached is information regarding the ABLE Act – which will allow individuals to SAVE money (up to $14,000 per year) without fear of losing necessary benefits. This can avoid the concern of having to spend down money to keep benefits- (MassHealth, Social Security). The implementation is scheduled to occur before the end of the year.
