Self Determination Event 1-14-16

The Central/West Regional Citizen’s Advisory Board invites board members, individual and family members to meet Pam Hickey, Regional Self-Directed Supports Manager who will share information and answer question about the self-directed service model.  This service model focuses on expanding choices and control over the services and supports individuals need to live in the community.  See flyer below.
