Youth Support Services

This is a unique program for youth under the age of 22.  This program provides services and resources to families of children served by the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) and referral to this program must be made by the child’s DDS Service Coordinator.

The Center offers day services to children ages 6-22, during school vacation weeks.  The hours of operation are from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. and is located at 40 West Street, Southbridge, MA.  $35.00 per day/per child or $55 per day for 1:1 services.  Grant scholarships are available by contacting your DDS coordinator.  Children will enjoy games, snacks, fun field trips out in the community such as movies, Ecotarium and shopping.  For more information and registration please contact Ryan Chauvin at 508-764-4085.

Camp Hope is an inclusive day camp that strives to provide a traditional summer camp experience for all.  We use inclusive methods for integrating children with developmental disabilities into a traditional camp population to provide a rewarding and fulfilling experience for all.  Through games, arts & crafts, activities, and aquatics, we endeavor to bring the kind of experience that only summer camp can provide!  Join us for an exciting summer of fun and enjoyment whether its just for one week or for the whole summer!

The Center operates a series of Youth (ages 16-24) Internship/Employment Programs since 2009.  These programs operate based on grant funding and matches youth with either Paid Employment or Internship Opportunities.  Members must meet certain income barrier, and geographic criteria to qualify depending on Funder’s requirements.
