How a Sole Brightened Souls
Vibram’s Social Responsibility

Southbridge, MA – 3/21/2022 – When you think of the word “sole” what comes to mind? The rubber on the bottom of your shoe that gives you support, grip, and traction. Vibram, the leading rubber outsole brand in the world, with a factory in North Brookfield, MA, has taken shoe soles to the next level with their products, providing confidence in every step. With the Vibram logo on the sole of your shoe, you have the confidence to do what you want and explore opportunities.

Vibram provided more support than any sole could give by donating over 150 pairs of shoes and boots to the Center of Hope Foundation, a non-profit agency in Southbridge, MA that provides services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Program members were all given the opportunity to try on and take the style and color they liked. “You could see the program members souls being uplifted and the smiles on their faces were priceless.” said Dianna Rebello, Director of Employment Services at the Center of Hope. “Many of the individuals we serve don’t have access to quality shoes like these. We are truly grateful for this generous donation and support.”
