Imagine being abused by someone you trust, and being physically or mentally unable to tell anyone what had happened.

The Massachusetts House passed Nicky’s Law on January 15, 2020. This law will help to protect individuals with developmental disabilities from abuse by creating a registry of caretakers that have been found to have abused patients/clients.
