The Center of Hope Foundation operates a Sports & Recreation Program year round, as well as a Holiday Giving Program during the holiday season. These programs are supported 100% through fundraising efforts such as this golf tournament. The Sports & Recreation Program assists individuals with disabilities ages 8 and up to develop necessary skills, confidence and self-esteem for meaningful and productive living. The program includes many unified Special Olympics teams such as Flag Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Softball, Cheerleading, Track & Field, Weight Lifting, Fishing and Swimming. With your support, uniforms, equipment and services can be provided; including sending participants to Boston to compete in the National Tournaments. The Holiday Giving Tree project provides support to indigent families that do not have adequate resources. Every year the Center provides necessities, as well as gifts for children during the holiday season to over 600 local families in need who are affiliated with the Center of Hope.
